1. ELIGIBILITY
The loyalty card is available to customers who:
- Reside in New Caledonia
- Are 18 years of age or older
It is valid only for reservations made directly by resident customers.
Excluded: bookings via Booking.com or other OTA platforms, as well as reservations made by companies or organizations.
A specific accommodation code must be applied to the guest file.
2. EARNING POINTS
- 1 night stay = 100 points
- Points are credited after the stay is completed
- Points are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be sold or assigned
- Points cannot be combined with other loyalty programs or promotions, unless otherwise stated
3. LOYALTY REWARDS
Rewards are based on the points balance:
- 350 points → 1 complimentary breakfast
- 750 points → 1 complimentary bottle of wine or 1 free meal
- 1,100 points → 1 free night stay
⚠️ Free night stays are valid Monday to Thursday only, subject to availability, and not applicable during peak periods or special events.
4. TERMS OF USE
- A valid ID is required at check-in
- Alcohol consumption is reserved for adults and must be done responsibly
- Rewards must be used in a single visit
- No refund or compensation will be given for partially unused rewards
- Limited-time offers (e.g., bonus points) are subject to availability
5. POINT VALIDITY
- Points are valid for 10 months from the date of the last stay
- Any inactivity of more than 6 months will result in automatic cancellation of points
6. LOST OR DAMAGED CARD
- In case of loss or damage, the guest must inform reception immediately
- The property is not responsible for unreported lost or damaged cards
7. INTERNAL PROCEDURE – RECEPTION
The loyalty card must be:
- Stamped and signed by the receptionist at check-in
- Completed with the guest file number on the back
- Recorded in the guest profile in Misterbooking
8. ABUSE AND FRAUD
Any fraud, falsification of points, or misuse will result in immediate cancellation of the card, without compensation.
9. PROGRAM CHANGES
The property reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the loyalty program at any time, without notice.
